VIA TRENTO

Via Trento è una delle strade del quartiere Acquaviva di Caserta. Una successione di case popolari costruite durante gli anni ’60 di cui l’amministrazione sembra essersi dimenticata. Le case hanno importanti problemi strutturali e nemmeno le persone che le abitano se la passano tanto bene.

Le associazioni Caserta Città Viva ed il CSOA Ex Canapificio da anni si battono per migliorare la vita delle persone che ci abitano attraverso iniziative sociali e di riqualificazione urbanistica, in collaborazione con loro ho iniziato questo progetto che mi sta portando nei cortili e nelle case, nella vita di questa strada.

Le foto qui mostrate sono state scattate tra l’inverno del 2022 e la primavera del 2023.

TRENTO STREET

Via Trento is one of the streets in the Acquaviva neighborhood of Caserta. It consists of a row of public housing units built in the 1960s that the local government seems to have forgotten about. The buildings have serious structural problems, and the people living there aren’t faring much better.

The associations Caserta Città Viva and CSOA Ex Canapificio have been fighting for years to improve the lives of the people who live there through social initiatives and urban renewal projects. In collaboration with them, I began this project, which is taking me into the courtyards and homes, into the life of this street.
