Mario è diventato contadino per passione ed insieme ad alcuni amici si prende cura con amore e dedizione di alcuni appezzamenti di terra distribuiti tra la zona di Sant’Agata dei Goti e nella provincia di Napoli. La stagionalità viene pienamente rispettata, non vengono utilizzati pesticidi o altri agenti chimici, inoltre terreni e acqua vengono controllati periodicamente. Settimanalmente viene fatto il raccolto e in base ad ordinazioni dei clienti che li contattano, preparano i bustoni in cui possono aggiungere vino e uova freschissime di cui si riforniscono presso produttori fidati.

Successivamente Mario si occupa della distribuzione porta a porta. 

Il loro è l'Orto Volante attraverso cui viene trasmessa cultura alimentare, così come cibo sano per stomaci e per l’anima.

Mario is a passionate farmer and together with some friends they cultivate with love and dedication some soils distributed between the area of Sant’Agata dei Goti and the province of Naples. Seasonality is fully respected, pesticides or other chemical agents are not used, and soils and water are checked periodically. Every week a harvest is made and, based on orders from customers who contact them, they prepare the bags with the vegetables in which they can add wine and fresh eggs delivered by trusted producers.

Once the bags are ready, Mario bring them house by house for the delivery.

They are  the Flying Garden, a new slow and green food delivery concept through which food culture is transmitted, as well as healthy food provided for stomachs and for the soul.
